We would like to introduce a case study of water jet processing of our heat-resistant glass cloth "D5400." Based on the DXF data provided by the customer, we manufactured a gasket measuring 62.5mm square from the 3.2mm thick "D5400." Using a water jet cutting machine, we precisely cut the outer shape and inner holes according to the data. Materials like glass cloth, which are soft and prone to fraying, can be finished beautifully when cut with water.
